The time frames above represent arrival windows. If you chose a morning appointment (8-11) your team will arrive between 8 and 11, and they will call or text you when they are on their way. You will receive an email confirmation once your booking has been submitted. If the appointment day/time you request is unavailable, our staff will get in touch with you to reschedule for another day/time that works for you. We are currently offering our cleaning services Buffalo NY and surrounding areas. As we grow, we expect to be able expand our cleaning service areas. At this time we are only accepting digital payments. a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations made less than 24 hours to your scheduled appointment. We do not accept cash or checks at this time. We require that you put your card on file with us prior to services. Your credit card will be charged once services are completed. Any unpaid invoices will be subject to a $5.00 late fee five days after the due date, and an additional $25.00 late fee fourteen days after the due date. All unpaid invoices more than thirty days late will be sent to collections.
